Currently performing management of Apple Macintosh / iOS MDM and Windows RMM systems and devices, along with customer support for a growing MSP firm based in NYC, with clients across retail sectors.

Acted as lead Systems Engineer for a startup of former Apple Employees and Engineers. Performed contracted Apple macOS and iOS managed services, consulting, engineering, and mass device provisioning for fortune 100 companies, large United States school districts, and small to enterprise-sized businesses in a both a large warehouse and remote environment.

Provided on-site IT service and support for the Duke University School of Medicine. Duties included essential in-person IT support & equipment purchasing for researchers, physicians, faculty, and staff in an enterprise medical environment.

Performed extensive Apple, Windows, and Linux consulting, troubleshooting, user support, network support, endpoint management, etc throughout Duke University as well as hundreds of various local businesses and home customers over twelve years, in a highly-paced MSP environment.

Performed marketing, sales, and promotions for Apple at UNC-Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College. Worked closely with regional South East Apple Sales Executives and Engineers.

Formally acted as the Student IT Secretary for two terms, representing the IT needs of the UNC-Charlotte student body during an appointed position within the Student Government's Presidential Executive Cabinet. Responsibilities included special IT assignments, infrastructure IT planning, and assistance in university project management & decisions.

Founder and president of the UNC-Charlotte Macintosh Users Group entitled "Miner-MUG". Organized and provided detailed Macintosh presentations and special events on campus over a period of four years.

Performed around 150 house call support visits for general PC / IT issues, with employment being similar to the “Geek Squad” corporation.

Performed desktop & network support for an office of 90 employees for a distinguished civil engineering firm. Duties included documentations, software implementation, and Windows troubleshooting.

Worked as an IT Specialist, rolling out a new MIS system across a Windows environment. Also acted as a Macintosh administrator. Help desk and secretarial tasks were performed as well.

Initial student junior employment with Net Friends performing on-site Macintosh and PC desktop support for Duke University and various house calls, small businesses, and downtown office walk-in customers.

Performed live event photo shoots billed hourly at various elementary schools, obtaining media for the Durham Public Schools monthly faculty newsletter entitled "Currents".

Acted as lead student yearbook photo editor for two years with the local high school, performing many timely edits and cutouts using Adobe Photoshop within deadlines for production print.

Acted as lead student school website designer and manager - operating the school's main website from a local Mac OS X server, designed in HTML with Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop. Website was maintained and kept updated with current events for parents, students, and faculty.

Completed dual bachelors degrees of Management of Information Systems (MIS) and Operations Management.
