Currently performing strategic engineering and management of Apple and Windows Devices across various MDM and RMM platforms for multiple high-end retail clients in NYC and around the United States. Additional backend development of AWS dashboards, code scripting, API calls, license lookups, and software installers is contributed.

Acted as lead Systems Engineer for a startup of former Apple Employees and Engineers. Performed contracted Apple macOS and iOS managed services, consulting, engineering, and mass device provisioning for fortune 100 companies, large United States school districts, and small to enterprise-sized businesses in a both a large warehouse and remote environment.

Provided on-site IT service and support for the Duke University School of Medicine. Duties included essential in-person IT support & equipment purchasing for researchers, physicians, faculty, and staff in an enterprise medical environment.

Performed extensive Apple, Windows, and Linux consulting, troubleshooting, user support, network support, endpoint management, etc throughout Duke University as well as hundreds of various local businesses and home customers over 14 years, in a highly-paced MSP environment. Initial Internship was 2003 - 2005. Senior employment began in 2009 after college.

Performed marketing, sales, and promotions for Apple at UNC-Charlotte and Central Piedmont Community College. Worked closely with regional South East Apple Sales Executives and Engineers.

Formally acted as the University Student IT Secretary for two terms, representing the IT needs of the UNC-Charlotte student body during an appointed position within the Student Government's Presidential Executive Cabinet. Responsibilities included special IT assignments, infrastructure IT planning, and assistance in university project management & decisions.
